Pianist and Pedagogue in Richardson, TX teaching lessons in-home and online
Sarah Hussein is a Texas-born Lebanese pianist and pedagogue. She graduated in 2017 with a B.A. in Music and in 2019 with a M.A. in Piano Pedagogy, both from Texas Woman's University.
In 2015, Sarah began teaching private piano lessons. She opened her own teaching studio in 2017 while earning her master's degree and teaching classes at TWU.
A multi-instrumentalist, Sarah plays live with several projects in the DFW area. She is a recording artist on bass and vocals for skimp (Denton, TX) and recording lyricist/vocalist for NOSK (Denton, TX).
Sarah is an active member of Richardson Music Teachers Association and Texas Music Teachers Association.
Sarah is available for online piano lessons for students everywhere and in-home piano lessons for students in Richardson, TX and surrounding areas.
Lessons are tailored to each student's needs, but focus on five major categories-- technique, sight-reading, quick-learn pieces, repertoire-building, and music theory. Students can enroll for 30 minute, 45 minute, or hour-long weekly lessons. Students ages four and upward, beginner to pre-collegiate level, are welcome.
Recitals for both in-home and online students are offered each semester. In-home students also have access to all events by Richardson Music Teachers Association and Texas Music Teachers Association.
